Working with archetypes is a fun yet deep work that goes straight to your unconscious mind and can be very revealing
Those are 3 archetypes we role play in BliXX.
The dominant:
Observe where in your life do you take the lead easily and where it is harder to step into leadership. Understand what it means to express your desires and boundaries and learn how to be the captain of your xperience whether this is in intimate connections, business affairs or friendships. Tuning into the centre of power (manipura chakra) and using it for stepping into leadership in creating your reality.
The submissive:
Understand the power of submission, the magic that unfolds in letting go of control. Life demands us to be in lead so often, however where and when do you allow yourself to submit and surrender? Learn how to let go, thus surrendering to just this moment, just this breath, and connect to the power of surrender. By tuning into the heart centre (Anahata chakra) and allowing it to guide you, consequently, by leaning into the mystery that unfolds from this space of submission.
Balancing the dominant with the submissive is an act of claiming your wholeness, while mastering your life force energy.
The primal:
Connect to the raw energies and learn to integrate the animal inside of you. This supports releasing raw energies like anger in a safe way, so it doesn’t hit you from an unresolved and unconscious space. Tap into the power of your instincts and acknowledge those as guiding energies, despite all the higher consciousness yet we are just another species on this planet. Find a deeper level of trust in life and open yourself to play and ease through the liberation of your primal self (Muladhara chakra)
